PROJECT SUMMARY

Following the warehouse refurbishment, Curo Interiors has successfully completed the 10,000 sq. ft industrial CAT A office fit-out project in Heston.

The comprehensive fit out included tasks such as demolition, full M&E installation, access
control & intruder alarm systems, flooring finishes, decorations, kitchens, and WC facilities.
Executed within a 15-week timeframe, the project not only met but exceeded our clients’
expectations for project initiation. Curo Interiors delivered on time and within budget,
ensuring exceptional value for our client.

Our commitment to environmental sustainability was evident, with many subcontractors
using public transport, contributing to fewer vehicle movements. Achieving 0% waste to
landfill and recycling all waste materials aligned with Curo Interiors’ dedication to new zerocarbon initiatives. Curo Interiors’ unwavering commitment to health and safety resulted
in consistently high scores, all above 90%. This success can be attributed to a short design
period, a quick start on-site, and the implementation of new documents such as lean
planners and project trackers.

Despite challenges like multiple variations without agreed-upon costs, Curo Interiors’
team successfully completed the project, opening doors for potential repeat business
opportunities.

This project had no impact on the community, with no logistical issues and an early
handover of a warehouse/yard section to the client without complications.
