PROJECT SUMMARY

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden is one of London’s classic cobblestone alleyways. Yet, at 27b Floral Street, we delivered something new: A workspace that sets the standard for sustainable offices.

Our commercial fit-out spread across 16,145 sq ft, but the wider brief was to weave innovation and sustainability into the very fabric of the building.

PROJECT DELIVERY

After stripping the structure to its frame, it was ready for a sustainable makeover. Starting with semi-bespoke ceilings, our team reused tiles and lights that might ordinarily end up in the skip.

We also installed new smart plant room equipment and a living wall, but the real pinnacle has to be the gorgeous roof-terrace. An avant-garde, outdoor meeting space that is as biodiverse as it is functional. 

PROJECT CHALLENGES

A project delivered in the tight lanes of central London came with all the challenges you would expect. From craning soil onto the roof to carefully coordinating large vehicles, we managed the logistics and the busy footpaths, delivering compact complexity while ensuring safe, smooth operations.
