PROJECT SUMMARY

Curo Interiors recently completed the comprehensive CAT B fit out for the lower floors of 210 Pentonville Road, encompassing half of the ground floor and the entire first and second floors, totalling an impressive 25,305 sq ft. The project was executed in a swift 12-week duration, showcasing our commitment to efficiency.

An integral part of our sustainability initiatives, RAF and ceiling tiles were repurposed,
significantly reducing our environmental footprint. This aligns with Curo Interiors’ dedication
to responsible construction practices, embodying our ethos of environmental stewardship.

Navigating unique challenges, such as the installation of a boat through the 1st-floor window,
showcased our team’s adaptability. Operating within a live site and an occupied building
added complexity, but our strategic management ensured minimal disruptions and met the
tight program deadlines, guaranteeing a seamless transition for the tenant.

Notably, the first-floor fit-out catered specifically to the requirements of Hurtigruten, a
renowned cruise liner. This bespoke approach exemplifies our commitment to precision and
our ability to tailor our services to diverse client needs.
